My Favouite Restaurant Reborn!

Today we found out that our favourite restaurant, Rasa Satay, which closed about 3 years ago, has come back as Rasa Thai!!! Same owner, new chefs, and located in the next town over. We went there for dinner tonight, it is seriously BETTER than before… I’m in heaven.

I’m exchanging Christmas cards with Bertha. I thought I’d supply a sneak peek here 🙂

Hi Claire, Congratulations on your wins at the show! I think Greg got into that "Right Hand Side of the Brain" book at some stage. Various art teacher's I've had over the years have got me to do those exercises so I think I do it habitually now, have you tried drawing with your non-dominant hand? I like the back of the christmas card, I'm so into drawing at the moment.

Hi Sarah, Thanks for visiting my blog... please let me know when you get yours cranking :-) My sister has also suggested I use my left hand as well as nibs instead of my graphic pens (which I love). I don't mind using the nibs, but I don't like the scratchy feel. I have done a few drawings using my left hand, I do love a crazy line. Cheers Claire
